comment iTunes 9 on Mac skips during play
Is it many songs? It could be that the music files have become corrupted if say you just downloaded them or moved them from a different drive, maybe they didn't get moved properly and so the files may skip as part of them is missing.

comment What is more important for speed: Processor Speed or RAM?
Will you be using a 64bit operating system? If not, then the 8Gb of RAM won't matter, as 32-bit OSes can only use 4Gb or RAM. Also if just DDR2, it wouldn't cost much to put more memory in the 3.7Ghz processor machine later

comment VMware Fusion on MacBook Pro running Vista, not working after installing a wireless card
Change the VM network settings to "Share the Mac's network connection (NAT)" then it would work like ethernet. So you should be able to just connect to the internet on your Mac and use internet on Windows as if a cable is plugged in

comment What is the § ± key for on Mac keyboards?
That's a common complaint, especially on the bluetooth keyboard that doesn't have a delete key. Apple just like to do what they want really. I must admit I don't like having a column on the right though with Delete, PgUp/down etc.

comment Add a 'New File' button similar to the 'New Folder Button' (Windows 7)
Windows files need some sort of extension, so it needs to be specified first, so this would be quite difficult. It would be easier with a unix based operating system which are not extension dependent

comment Macbook Pro - 15" with i7 processor - Any problems with heat?
Forgot to add, 1 problem I've seen with parallels is it sometimes creates a process (that might not be killed when you kill the program) which will run in the background and take up (in my experience) about 20-30% CPU, though I've heard it making it go upto 90%, but it made my CPU temperature to go up from 45-50 degrees to about 65-75

I've only tried it on VMware Fusion, but a friend of mine will only run it on parallels as he has to use Visual Studio, and it was apparently a lot faster starting up and in general use for that.
