comment Create a Second Stationary in Lotus Notes 8.5
your question is completely unclear, as in every mailfile there is the possibility to add an unlimited amount of stationaries. There has never been a limit to ONE stationary in any version of Notes I remember (back to Versionn 4.5)

Sorry, you are right, it is the key- tab. You can add groups in that dialog, or values with placeholders (e.g. */CertOfOneCompany) but it is always a positive- list...

Alt + Enter on any Group- Document. In the properties- dialog there is one tab with a little "propeller- hat". There you can restrict readers for a document. Take care: Don't forget to add LocalDomainServers and at least one Administrator- Group, otherwise the document will disappear...

_anotherValue is a variable name ( I always use underscore to identify them as variables, to distinguish them from fields). And FIELD is another annotation of @SetField... I changed the example accordingly...

And the server admin has to allow agents, and you need to be able to write LotusScript- agents, etc., etc. This might be a solution for someone who knowswhatto do and has the right rights, but not for a "normal" user. And take into considerstion, that after every move to another folder an update has to occur as well...

OK. Please open your mailfile and click on File - Application - Properties. Then click on the tab with the ruler and the triangle (called Design). Tell me the version number found there under "Inheritance"
