comment Internet Explorer 7 is only browser that connects to the Internet
I can't even open Norton now. When I try to uninstall it, it says files cannot be found. No proxy (I think), Windows Vista.

Not exactly sure. Was on the laptop when I got it. In the program list it just says "Norton Internet Security (Symantec Corporation)"

None of the links to download that Removal tool work. :/ I'll keep trying every so often, though.

Update: I can view everything fine (spull.dyndns.org, 192.168.0.11, and the server's local IP) from inside the network, but not outside. I still can't view my WAN IP from inside the network, as well. The DDNS function on my router updates with a local IP instead of my WAN IP, still, also. Any suggestions?

@typoknig - I didn't. I did a little searching around, and didn't find much help. I don't even know how that address came to be or what it represents, because I've only ever seen my router assign local IPs that look like 192.168.2.x
