How can I download and install a browser on a new installation of Windows 7E? Note the line in the article that states "If this proposal is ultimately accepted, Microsoft will ship Windows in Europe with the full functionality available in the rest of the world" i.e. the ballot screen will run the first time IE is run for a new user (I guess) and hence no more 'Window 7E'. |

I have an Outlook 2007 rule which copies certain outgoing messages to another folder — how do I automatically mark these messages as “read”? I don't think you can do this without resorting to VB scripting... Probably easier to mark read by hand. |

How do I restore a 'panel' in Ubuntu? I created a new answer as the existing ones didn't fix my problem (though they presumably would have if I had actually removed a 'panel' rather than the 'notification area' as I first thought). |
