comment How to plot 3D graphs in Excel from CSV data?
The OP is asking about 3D charts, as far as I can tell, although not clear exactly what kind.

Can you use the AppleScript solution? That worked for me. Wouldn't be hard to move the file it generates to a new directory.

comment Choose first comma after specific pattern on each line
This assumes that every one of the first two number fields are exactly 3 digit and 1 digits long. Might be safer to do "\d+"? I guess it depends on the data file and the OP said "same structure" so maybe that means there is never a "99" in column 1...

This is nice info, but dircolors (or dir_colors) doesn't seem to exist on OSX?

comment Change Command-Shift-Tab on OSX
Which key combination is relevant because there are some third-party solutions which can change the setting, but they seem to have limited options.

Not totally clear what you want. Assign a different key (which?) to moving backwards through the open applications?

comment How can you display host IP address in bash prompt?
Interesting solutions. Not sure what OS the OP is using, but in OSX, hostname doesn't have the -i option. You could do something silly like host $(hostname) | cut -f 4 -d " " if there is a DNS available.

Is that supposed to say "in PS1 on (or in) bash"? Just checking.
