Now that I think of it, I got some programs running in the background that are set as "Always on Top", so I think that might be interfering with the window focusing.

I encounter this problem too (using Windows 7). While I don't exactly know the nature of the problem, I think it happens when I have my Web browser opened and there's a flash content on one of the Web sites I got opened. Having said that though, I can't seem to replicate it.

You can run Juice without using Windows XP Mode. Set Juice.exe in compatibility mode for Windows XP (this can be done via the file's properties).
