comment Easy to use booking software?
Google Calendar almost fits the bill - the only problem with it is it's inability to "allocate" resources, like rooms. For example, I can't say "Room A" is busy from Mon-Thurs. I can only mimic it with weird things like multiple calendars, or concurrent events of different colors...

By cloud sync I mean the ability to save state to the net - so that after a re-install of the os, I will be able to retrieve all my data. Also, mobile app is not for clients, but for the owner - to show them the calendar of when guests are coming etc...

It is also very confusing - there is no tutorial on how to use it, or documentation that I can see anywhere.

Seems Pamela call recorder has a limit of 15minutes on recordings, whereas Pro version is unlimited pamhelp.com/…

Pamela is just so much more polished and works out of the box. With CallGraph you gotta restart Skype and it just looks wonky... Should you get Pamela professional or will Pamela call recorder suffice?

There seems to be no definite guide on howto of skype+audacity. Most of the links are outdated...

comment JVM based text editor?
Perhaps I should reconsider jEdit - it seems to have a vim-emulation plugin... @Shiki stop raging, go eat a melon.

I didn't say console (see Gvim or Windows based Emacs). Also - how can someone downvote a question??? It makes no sense... At least have the cojones to say why.

For all those having the same problem: installing "cream" fixes it: cream.sourceforge.net Yes - this question will probably get closed - but the fact is that there is still no solution to this anywhere on the web.

comment Fedora 13 - No module named yum
Wow, ok. I've actually manually deleted all of the "/usr/bin/python2.6, /user/bin/python2, /usr/local/bin/python2.6", after which I made sure that only "2.6.6" rpm was listed in "rpm -qa". After this running python results in "Command not found". I then FORCE installed the 2.6.4 rpms of python. STILL when i run "python" I get 2.6.6! Something is intercepting the call to python or wiring it up or... i don't know. Maybe rpm installs 2.6.6.
