comment Custom format to display percentage with plus/minus sign
Thanks! You reply actually spotted the problem: in my environment the decimal separator is also , but I was totally misled by pre-cooked build-in custom formats. And yes, quoting signs originally didn't help – I've tried that as well.

comment Small sized GPG command-line tool for Windows
I have managed to cut few DLLs and unused EXEs from gpg2 installation, which made it smaller. It's not a good idea to post a download link here, because this is critical software. But if somebody trusts – I can do it.

You can download really small package gnupg-w32cli-1.4.18.exe (check that FTP for later versions). After installation it's only 2MB.

I would argue that is "lightweight". gpg2.exe is indeed small, but when you run it, it requires external tools and libraries. After I have combined everything in a box, I got 12MB. More over when you run gpg2 --gen-key it shows a GUI window to ask for password – that's too much for CLI utility.

comment Unable move Raltek USB wifi equipment to master mode on Ubuntu
I would say the situation is the same also for rtl8187 driver from mainline, so your statement is not completely true, unless you use rtl8187 ieee80211-based driver. I've made small investigation on the subject, see my findings here.

comment Windows 7 hosted network
You mean that DHCP server should be launched somewhere in another network (either bridged or shared)? If so that won't work well for me, as I need just to access application running on Windows and listening on some port. Does Windows have a build-in DHCP server? It should be cause there are some registry settings for IP range.

comment Windows command line: How to append a variable in a loop?
On some reason the accumulation set js_files=!js_files! js/%%f does not work for me whatever I tried (cmd /v:on or setlocal enabledelayedexpansion): the variable !js_files! was left unsubstituted. The solution is to call a function and in the function do the accumulation: for /f %%a in ... do call :expand %%a and then :expand plus set args=%args% %1 plus exit /b

comment Install Windows 7 from USB flash drive
Do you happen to know if one can install Grub2 loader to USB after creating this bootable USB? Would be nice to have a possibility to run Live Linux or install Windows.

comment grub: boot from ISO
@quackquixote: Is it possible to boot Win7 installation DVD ISO using Grub2? I cannot come up to solution as memdisk cannot load 4GB ISO image into memory, maybe loopback loop /iso/win7.dvd.iso + ntldr (loop)/bootmgr will do the job?
