comment How can I search within the output buffer of a tmux shell?
Thanks, I got it to work with set-window-option -g mode-keys vi in my .tmux.conf. But I was curious about the environment variable alternative and couldn't get it to work. Is it a shell environment variable, or a tmux environment variable that has to be set in the conf file?

comment Keyboard shortcut to open Extensions menu in Chrome?
Here's a list of Chrome shortcuts: support.google.com/chrome/answer/165450. There doesn't seem to be one dedicated to opening extensions, so you might have to get an extension to customize this. (You COULD do ⌘-, to open the settings, and then navigate to extensions, but it's probably not what you're looking for.)

Hmm I mapped meta to the windows key and logged out, but it's still not working.

Not too sure which key Meta is (I tried the right-alt, esc, and windows keys), but it didn't work, unfortunately.
