comment How do I copy a link to a Mail.app message without using drag-and-drop?
This also works in OS X Mavericks where the drag & drop functionality seems to be hit & miss.

comment Mute Flash in Google Chrome Mac OS X (or just mute any app in Mac OS X)
This doesn’t work on Macs and is irrelevant at this place.

comment Easier way to switch sound output device
Thanks. I use the command-line wrapper with a short Keyboard Maestro macro that I’ve mapped to ⌃F9 to easily toggle between Line Out and Headphones.

comment How Do I Keep Snow Leopard From Showing the Soft Keyboard When Asking for a Password?
Thanks for the follow-up, but your suggestions didn’t change anything. I instead restarted the Mac and the Keyboard Viewer stop to automatically appear.

This does nothing regarding the Keyboard Viewer. Even if the checkbox is deselected the keyboard appears on screen when a password is required or an AppleScript is run that has a shortcut assigned.

comment How can I download an entire website?
If you don’t want to download everything into a folder with the name of the domain you want to mirror, create your own folder and use the -nH option (which skips the host part).

Thanks Spiff, I didn’t know IPerf and this was a huge help. I did a lot of tests yesterday and found out the issue. The network ports on my Mac Pro are perfectly fine, it was the network configuration that caused problems.
