comment Reliable Backup Solution for Linux for Complete System Restoration
Partimage looks nice. Unfortunately, Ubuntu's default filesystem is ext4, which Partimage doesn't support.

That downloads all linked media. The only way to use wget to download images is to download ALL content on a page?!

Could you please expand on this a little? Would you restore by simply flipping the if and of values, or would that corrupt the current filesystem?

comment IBM WATSON tied yesterday Feb 14 2011 in Jeopardy, is this the beginning of a new era in supercomputing?
@Ken, At the beginning of the show, Trebek explained that Watson is informed of the question via a textfile. I'd imagine any other events that require Watson's response are signalled in a similar way.

comment Running Mac OS X Physical Partition Inside VirtualBox
The license states that OS X can only run on official Mac hardware. In my hypothetical case, even though it's inside a VM, the physical hardware would still be official Mac hardware. Therefore, I don't see a contradiction.

comment How to Right Click Using the Keyboard from Ubuntu on a Mac
What do you mean by "Try the Option Key"? If you mean press that key, yes, I've tried all the keys, and none appear to be configured to trigger the context menu by default. Is there a way to configure this in Ubuntu?
