You can not buy Windows Enterprise version in retail (shop or online), you have to settle with Pro.

comment Removing unused Windows Roles and Features in Server 2012
@Frank Thornton - uninstall-windowsfeature is very similar to Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature and you can use both. I would review the feature carefully before removing all unused ones, but you can remove them all in one go.

comment Location option missing from AppData\Local, others. Why?
Open the registry (regedit.exe) and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer, review the values under the keys 'Shell Folders' and 'User Shell Folders'. Do they show what you expect?

comment Location option missing from AppData\Local, others. Why?
No need to boot from a CD, just log out of the account you want to move files for and log into another account to change the locations.

comment Batch script to remove # from a file name (only in a specific directory)
@tumchaaditya - Not off top of my head. I learned it by using it over the years. But there are tons of books and online resources out there.

comment Why is it bad to map network drives in Windows?
It's only a few more lines of code to enumerate all local servers and all available shares on them. So just because the current versions don't affect shares, it doesn't mean you are safe, just because you don't map drives.
