comment List of Hidden / Virtual Windows User Accounts
@Ahmed - which users? If you have a problem, you should create a new question and describe your problem in detail there. This is not the place for it.

Works fine on all the Windows 10s I've used.

comment Hyper-V turning a 64-bit Windows into a 32-bit OS
Hyper-V does not turn your Windows into a 32bit OS. I think VirtualBox doesn't work on a OS with Hyper-V enabled. Not sure about the Photoshop problem.

comment Does Windows 10 have “Program Files” and “Program Files (x86)” folders?
Doing so would break thousands of programs and scripts, so Microsoft can't do this until they no longer support 32bit application (like in some server versions) but on the desktop that will not happen for quite some time.

comment Windows 10 - How to require manual entry of username at login?
@Eric - I should really have tested this more before posting it. If they value already exists (which is possible) it needs the -Force switch. I added that, please try again.

comment Windows 8.1 requires elevated rights for common tasks
Normal administrators don't have write access to files under Program Files you should not edit files there.

This is not normal, don't change your UAC settings. When using the Default (top on the slider) UAC setting, you should not get these problems. Can add the output of whoami /all and `icacls c:\code' to your question. Where c:\code is a location where you have problems git pulling.

Good idea, but that pages doesn't allow me to pick 32 or 64bit and it doesn't allow me to change the language. I could change en-us in the URL to zh-TW and hope I get the correct version, but who knows.

comment Cannot write to Windows to Go root directory
I would ignore that error and store all my files in directories under the root. Storing files on the root level is never a great idea.

the permission seem OK, and even if they weren't you should get an Access Denied (0x5) not a 0x80070522. Can you create a directory in the root as normal or elevated user?

Can you add the result of icacls X: to your question, where X is your drive letter? Have you tried an elevated command prompt?

comment Make a user account on Windows 10 a full admin
-1: You should never turn off UAC on a workstation, especially not on Windows 10. Moving the slider to the lowest position does not turn-off UAC, not in Windows 10 and not in Windows 8.x

comment Error in Windows 10 setup: “Something happened”
@Joseph - I'm using Windows Server 2012 R2 to run the Media Creation Tool that's the only English Windows version I have available. All other machines have Windows 7 Simplified Chinese which I can not read.
