@iglvzx - I expect google.com to load the agreement page, but it sits there trying to load before throwing a browser timeout page or something that tells me to check my proxy settings.

This leads me to the answer... it's clear that this symbol is not supported by Excel and our customers must have copied from Word instead of typing in Excel. Thanks!
