Your link tells me that this is probably what should give clearcase context menus (it is a corporate laptop). This gives me a much better feeling that I can disable this particular shell extension. Thanks.

I tried that and process explorer does show me that services.exe uses 50% (dual core system). But it does not show which exact service that has gone crazy (services.exe runs multiple services inside its process).

I see the same options as you, but checking "Insert Rows" doesn't help - the table still refuses to add rows.
