Getting Rid of White Flash in Windows 8 High Contrast Mode I've never seen this behaviour in Firefox, Chrome, or any other browser on Windows 7 or Windows 8. Are you running up-to-date graphics drivers? Is your CPU powerful enough? |

Excel - Sum values if their row meets more than one criteria Thanks. I added a new column to Txn which was the year and month E. This is what I ended-up using: =SUMIFS( Txn!B:B, Txn!E:E, A2, Txn!B:B, "<0"). |

Moving computer gear 8000 miles - HDD data protection That's not really an option for my system drives, and it seems like more hassle compared to just moving data around. I did encrypt my drives in the past, but I lost the password or the data on the disks themselves got corrupted and I lost a lot of data that way. |

Moving computer gear 8000 miles - HDD data protection That works fine for my data, but not system drives. I'd rather not have to reinstall everything. |

Video Card is not being recognized Did you disable the on-board graphics entirely (not just the memory, as you describe)? Some older motherboards (certainly not new ones) might disable all secondary cards if the built-in graphics are enabled (this was true in the days of AGP). I wouldn't think you could diagnose a faulty capacitor without an extremely technical knowledge of the motherboard (and its service manual, if one exists at all). |
