In MS Access 2013, right clicking will give you a list of possible export opeiotns - Excel, PDF, Word and so on. The data will be exported.

There is no such thing as a fixed current record number in a relational database. The current record number, such that there is one, depends on the sort order of the table. If you wish to assign a sequential number to records, you will need VBA, or just take the easy way and use an autonumber.
