comment Notepad++ set custom zoom
Did you try setting the font size to 10.5? I think Windows supports fractional values.

comment Can I inherit iptable rules on/under windows?
If you just want to play inside the VM, you can, of course. It won't affect your Windows machine. But then a VPS wouldn't either.

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it's mostly about Windows. It would be on-topic on Super User.

Then you can't use sh/bash syntax! You need to quote your awk command for cmd instead. That's off-topic here since it's a Windows question, I flagged for migration to Super User (do not repost).

Are you typing this in bash or in cmd? If you're using cmd, you can't use sh quoting.

@asmeurer I don't observe this. There must be something weird in your init file or a bug in your version of Emacs.

comment Exchange mail rule triggering on a From address that is a public group
“with specific words in the sender's address” is working — fortunately we have a recent enough version of Exchange. Searching all the headers has too many false positives to be usable.

comment Where are HTTPS Everywhere rules stored in Google Chrome?
@andy Yes, Google has added another layer of annoyance. You need to move the extension outside the Chrome directory and install it from there. I've updated the answer, thanks for reminding me.
