explain how to find attributes for udev rules (from http://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/55490/triggering-an-action-when-a-specific-volume-is-connected/55554#55554); udev automatically reloads its rules these days

Your question is off-topic here, since it isn't about security. It's also unclear: what do you want to compare exactly? Do you just want to know whether the volumes are identical? Do you want to know what files are different in the two TC volumes?
