explain how to find attributes for udev rules (from http://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/55490/triggering-an-action-when-a-specific-volume-is-connected/55554#55554); udev automatically reloads its rules these days

This only verifies that the file is one that has been signed with this key. It doesn't protect against having accidentally encrypted the wrong file.
