comment Hard Drive - Windows 8 Pro 100% Disk Usage Whenever Running Any Program
2GB is WAY too little memory. I suspect you are HEAVILY swapping and all the cpu resources are being dedicated to swapping in and out memory regions to run some of your applications.

comment What do I do after directly copying an NTFS volume from one device to another with ddrescue?
Are you sure you got the disk header information? I.E. did you just copy the specific partition or the whole disk?

comment Can you guess how is this checksum calculated?
Hmmmm....I've had volume licensed products that have no such restriction. If you are getting these products through either a Gold program, MSDN or Technet downloads, I can see why this would be.

Reactivation every 6 months? Where are you getting these product keys from trial versions? Still sounds suspicious.

I'd include the ps -aefl for the processes AND their parents in the question.

If U this could be waiting for the completing of an interrupt which would not be interruptible.

comment What means 'preload windows' in a laptop specifications?
You'll have to contact the vendor concerning the meaning of this type of language. It's not anything standard.

comment Does my hard drive has a bad sector?
However, newer drives hide this from the user and provide internal replacement for bad sectors from a pool. Thus if you are seeing this at a USER level, it means that internal drive pool to recover this type of problem have been exhausted. Thus it is time to get a new disk.

comment Does wget download files more than once?
ahhh....I believe it does list the files being transferred although check me out it might require a command line flag. But by examining / saving the log of files downloaded you should be able to make the determination.
