comment Users and permissions on a Raspi which is both a home and an owncloud server
While SU may well be the best place to get this question answered, it strikes me that the folks on the Raspberry Pi (raspberrypi.stackexchange.com) and Unix/Linux (unix.stackexchange.com) SE sites might be more familiar.

Would you please provide an example? My first read is that this is a very basic question about writing an equation like =B$1*$A2

comment Notepad++ macro for changing a certain part of a string
In the absence of another of these solutions working for you, I would personally write a Python script to do it: sourceforge.net/projects/npppythonscript

comment Notepad++ macro for changing a certain part of a string
How often are you doing this to how many strings? If only a few, I would just use Notepad++'s multi-line editing features without a macro. If a lot, Excel find and concatenation functions can build your strings. If other conditions are met, a regex in Notepad++ could do it.

Prefixing your hotkey with $ is a less-drastic way of doing the same. ahkscript.org/docs/Hotkeys.htm#prefixdollar

Nope. I just assumed from the quoted text that I needed to use LCtrl instead of Ctrl.

comment How do I see the current filter being applied in Excel?
@Lupius, in a simple table with filters, all of the filters are in row 1, as seen here: snag.gy/Hr2Id.jpg How does your spreadsheet differ from my image?
