Oh, I think I just caught something: you're okay with AAA or with 1A2B, but you don't want to see both.

For example, here's the simple mockup I did based on reading your question: dropbox.com/s/6mb3nsbbxm7oa5d/AdvancedFilter.xlsx?dl=0

I was just thinking that you might mock up your table in your question. If you use the code formatting option, the font will be monospaced, so you can get your columns to line up. Otherwise, your options are a publicly shared file on something like Dropbox or a screenshot.

@TD.512 is saying that "/Users/catherinelegna/Desktop/Capture d’écran 2015-05-15 à 15.20.03.png" doesn't do us any good. Please edit your question and replace that line with the image itself. Or upload the image to an image-sharing site and link to it.

Also, if you're using PowerShell to read a CSV file into a PowerShell array, what's wrong with $project = Import-Csv "project.csv" ?

comment Properly extracting from an array
Please clarify what you are attempting. Your tags imply that you are trying to create an Excel file from a CSV file, using PowerShell. That seems the wrong way to import CSV files into Excel.

comment Users and permissions on a Raspi which is both a home and an owncloud server
While SU may well be the best place to get this question answered, it strikes me that the folks on the Raspberry Pi (raspberrypi.stackexchange.com) and Unix/Linux (unix.stackexchange.com) SE sites might be more familiar.

Would you please provide an example? My first read is that this is a very basic question about writing an equation like =B$1*$A2
