comment Opening Current Directory Command in Notepad++
Set customized commands:- Click Run -> Run -> Browse button to 'C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe' -> Save -> Type name "Open current dir cmd", add shortcut or not and click OK this should place the commmand in the Run menu. You should be able to do this with any command or program you wish to add, i think. Reff:- Notepad++ menu Click on ?(help), Click on Help contents, from the Document Navigator Click on Commands

comment System is slow, which files to delete?
These may help. Ram test memtest86burn the ISO and let it run over night. Drive test Disk Becnhmark As for virus ESET free online scanner may find what others do not. As for other folders Check system restore size, System -> System protection, the default is 5 - 10% generally more then you need. Can you move Photos, Videos to a Usb ?, Moving everything to usb could be the smart thing to do, just in case

comment Unexplained changes to classic look in Windows 7 Professional
The System Restore error code could mean the related service is off. Go to admin tools then services find “volume shadow copy” and turn on to auto. Try system restore. Info and poss related methods from: This link

comment How to disable 'delete files' confirmation?
Can only test on windows 8: Open Recycle bin and right click inside it - click on properties and click 'Don't move file to recycle bin delete immediately' then click the 'Display delete conformation code' this removes the item without using the recycle bin and asks 'Are you sure you want to delete this item permanently' before deleting.
