I have been working as a software engineer for a 5 years in areas like multimedia, collaborative sites, software development for mobile phones and Geographic Information Systems, all of these in the open source world
My areas of interest are:
Django, is my main web framework, I love it. You can do really fast web applications and reuse a lot of components. I also use Geodjango for applications that need geo functionallity.
Java/OSGI. I usually work in Java projects using OSGI. I have worked in projects related to multimedia interfaces and home automation and OSGI is great for this pourpose. I alwasy use Maven and Hudson in Java projects.
Agile development, I think is the only way to make good software nowdays.ake good software nowdays. I am scrum master and product owner in various scrum teams.
