comment Intermediate certificates on NLB load balanced servers
When I get the intermediate certificate, do I go on to server A, mmc, import it to "Intermediate Certification Authorities" then do the same (with the original file) on server B? OR... do I import it on A, then export it on A, and import the exported version on B?

comment Unable to completely disable Offline Files feature for Windows 7 in GPO
They're in the list, end their state is as it should be. Since you mention folder redirection I'm thinking it has something to do with that.

Yes, both are enabled. But the offline files problem also occurs for profiles that are not roaming, such as my own. - Does offline files need to be on for folder redirection to occur?

comment Install flash for Interner Explorer for non administrators
The users affected do use Chrome to get around it, but there are some things that don't work in Chrome so they tend to prefer IE (I know, idiots :) ) I was asked to get flash working in IE to make things a bit easier.
