I am a currently unemployed computer programmer looking for work after just completing 4 years of college at the University of Rochester with two degrees, (a B.S. in Computer Science, and an B.A. in Linguistics). I have a lot of motivation and talent and tried to start my own software consulting business, which mostly fell through.

I have been programming since I was in 5th grade when my dad introduced me to QuickBasic. My first program was a trivia program written without any loops or variables. Just a lot of If statements, and I originally though debugging was the same as "idiot-proofing" my code.
