Same issue as dnk.nitro on Win7 64-Bit. Upon changing the ahk_class Ctrl+Shift+CapsLock works for me.

comment Org-mode repeating tasks with subtasks
I use checkboxes for the sub-tasks and have one at the end that reminds me to uncheck checkboxes and complete the task. Nevertheless, I agree it's not clean.

comment How can I prevent fonts installed by me from disappearing on windows reboot?
Thanks. That's exactly what I found out when I solved this problem and recommended in my answer (where it goes "decrpyt manually the copied font files...). However it seems to me that making sure they are not encrypted before even installing them is a cleaner solution.

comment How can I display folder sizes in emacs dired?
I found out that I can get 'du' working in windows (cygwin or git - that works for me). Thanks for the solution ! It'd be nice if I can somehow get this info to persist in the dired buffer...

comment How can I display folder sizes in emacs dired?
I am ok if updating the dired buffer is not possible. I read also in the emacs wiki (emacswiki.org/emacs/Sunrise_Commander - jump to very end of page) that it is difficult to do so. However, I'd like a solution that would work in Linux as well as Windows. In fact, I primarily dired in Windows to escape from explorer. Is there 'du' for windows ?

comment How do you get Outlook to show a preview of a new message near the taskbar?
In outlook 2007, Tools -> Options... -> (Preferences Tab) E-mail Options... -> Advanced Email Options... has an option for "Display a New Mail Desktop Alert (default Inbox Only)" . From this it would appear outlook supports this feature only for the default inbox. You could change the default inbox or try to collect all emails into one inbox, but don't directly address your requirement. HTH

comment Syncing Google Calendar [Gcal] and Emacs Org-mode? Is it possible?
This is a really good extension to emacs for viewing calendar information and runs on top of google calendar & org. Can show events from both in one view but I don't think it pulls the data from iCalendar source into an org-mode file.

comment Can I create a link to a specific email message in Outlook?
I "scratched this itch" of mine a bit more as I had to record links to some appointments for working on related items (so I can refer ot info / attachments therein or reply all when I have updates etc). Now this can export mails, calendar items, contacts, notes, journal entries and at least will not fail when invoked on other entries. The modified code is at pastebin.com/gNWLVNRk (I can provide a diff if it would help - though I don't know how to make on in VBA). I didn't have to make any other change (emacs-side or regsitry) for this to work on my end. HTH.

comment Can I create a link to a specific email message in Outlook?
This is fantastic ! Thank you for providing this solution. I tried it with outlook 2007 with the registry tweak and it worked like a charm ! I found 1 issue if I ran the macro when I had a meeting invite / appointment selected. The code threw an exception. Since I use it only on the inbox I solved this by Dim objMail as Object instead of MailItem - however this may not be the right solution since the code could still fail if the item selected doesn't have Subject/ SenderName members. The code could probably check if the selected item is of proper type and provide a MsgBox if it is not.
