I have a couple of question to ask before you post a question on my most visited SE site (superuser.com). These questions comes from a series of quotes from a popular IT British comedy TV show, IT Crowd. If you understand IT and like comedies, I highly suggest it. And yes, these are quotes from Roy (someone mention that they didn't think these were quotes in Root Access).

"Have you tried turning it off and back on again?"

Depending on how you answered that, I would then respond with this...

"Are you sure it's plugged in?"
