Your percentages are also wrong. You have confused the GB vs Gbit. Read the first paragraph of the SATA III section here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/… "Solid-State Drives have already saturated the SATA 3 Gbit/s limit[...]"

@Linker3000: No, I need both listening and mic. 3 contact 2.5mm. Mic and mono sound. Sortof like cell phone headsets: phonescoop.com/glossary/term.php?gid=360
