comment How to route a Router's wired WAN through my PC's Wireless LAN?
Second adapter can be built in your motherboard, wherever, as long as Windows sees it. I was talking about in the unlikely event your current "normal Wifi" is set to work on 192.168.137.X (not X.X.X.137) that you could encounter conflicts (it's probably 192.168.0.X or 192.168.1.X, so don't worry).

comment Does Windows know how to appropriately assign threads to a quad-core processor that has Hyper-Threading on?
I don't have a source but I believe Vista and up are "hyperthreading aware" and know the difference between real and hyperthreaded cores.

comment Why flash drive has different capacity when formatted using FAT32 and NTFS?
NTFS requires extra space to store security descriptors, at the very least.

comment PC restarts randomly for unknown reasons. Possibly hardware issue. What could be wrong?
A bad PSU might be providing good power most of the time but then clipping it, causing random reboots.

comment Will Linux work correctly with full root partition?
What will your application do when it can't write to the log directory? I don't know, it depends on the application. There's a non-zero chance that your application will crash, it depends on what the developers programmed. It's not going to take out the kernel, but your app might die. Deleting the log file and restarting is an option if that is what happens and you can tolerate that. You should test it to find out for sure, or make sure your log files are rotated and shipped out of the system periodically if you need it running constantly.
