My name is Jonathan Sampson; I'm a full-stack web developer located near Redmond, Washington, United States. By day I serve as a Program Manager on the Internet Explorer team at Microsoft.

I'm a huge advocate of community, and open-source software. I had the great honor of being a community moderator on Stack Overflow from February 2010 to March 2013. Additionally, I try to give back when and where I can through GitHub.

I recently did walkthroughs on the HTML, and CSS2.1 Specifications. These can be found online at http://youtube.com/jjdsampson. I'd like to kick off more regular hangouts discussing JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, and modern CSS.

I'm also available to help with open-web issues and cross-browser compatibility. Feel free to reach out to me on twitter, and I'll gladly assist to the best of my ability.

Awesome. I already have VLC on every machine too, making this very convenient. I'll test it when I get home.

Grant, I know it's designed to do that. But SuperUsers deal with esoteric knowledge and hackery ;) I want to know how it's possible to achieve the opposite.

comment Fullscreen Vista's Command Prompt, or Replacement
Strange. I'm using Powershell v1.0, but don't see any options for Fullscreen. I'm downloading v2 CTP 3 now.

comment Transparent Command Prompt in Vista?
Tried this on Vista64, no text appears in the console. I can type, and it moves the cursor as if text is there, but nothing is visibly changing.

Update your answer to cover your perspective on the leads, and covering/breaking them and I can accept your answer based upon what unfolded in these comments.

I might be wrong about the usb-devices. I've not used them in a while. Rather than breaking leads, I might just try a strip of electrical tape.
