comment Amortization Schedule in Excel - Know how much interest will be saved by large payment
No, I know that I can just enter the 10,000 value into the payment column for a certain date and it will recalculate things. I just want to calculate out how much I am saving in interest for the life of the loan for doing that.

comment Excel Mortgage Amortization Schedule w/ large extra principal payment calculation
This is perfect! One issue I am having. I set it to $130,000, 3% and 30 years. After the 5th year things start to get strange. Payment says 300,000 and then 10,215 all the years after that. Doesn't seem like the calculation is correct...

comment Excel Mortgage Amortization Schedule w/ large extra principal payment calculation
So, input the Loan Principal amount, interest rate and loan period in years. Then it calculates all my payments, interest, etc. But it doesn't take into account if I want to make a large payment to pay down my principal.

comment MS Word Export to PDF Makes Images Soft
I am not finding any PDF settings. Word 2010 has an Image Size and Quality setting, but I tested it and it doesn't effect anything for saving a PDF. The images are still soft.
