comment Bad kerning in some words when printing Word document
Since the Microsoft XPS Document Writer shows the problem too, I would bet the printer, or its drivers, don't have anything to do.

Hmmm... @DrMoishePippik, since I don't have a PDF printer set up, I've tried the "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" and I've found that, not only does it print it wrong, but now the document itself is wrong. Strange, really...

comment Chrome tabs showing wrong page
I've just solved this issue by installing the latest graphic card drivers.

I have this same problem in Windows Vista and I have no tab related extensions (the only extension is Evernote Web Clipper and it happened before I installed it too). I've noticed that resizing the browser also makes it display the page correctly.

Yes, I do. I've just downloaded version 15.13 and I don't see any network I/O information. However, other tools, like Nirsoft AdapterWatch show all the info.

That doesn't seem to be the problem. I've just tried running the process as admin, but it doesn't work either. Besides, I think my user account has admin rights.

comment Windows starts unblocked after hibernation
Just changed my computer, so it's not longer an issue, I hope. Anyway, I think it had to do with some group policies in the domain, though my SysAdmin said he didn't know anything about it. His advice was to turn off hibernation alltogether.

Well, maybe I'll try it later. Anyway, that doesn't tackle the problem. I would like to know why it happens, if at all possible.
