comment Creation of Windows 10 install USB, no boot
FYI in that case Win10 can't automatically activate with free upgrade scheme. You might better off repairing the Win 7 and upgrade from there.

comment Creation of Windows 10 install USB, no boot
Since you have Win 7, why not create the installer from Rufus?

comment I am fully updated on Windows 8.1 Pro, and I can't see the Get Windows 10 Icon
It's possible that Windows Update server delay the update. Anyway it doesn't matter, you can just grab the latest ISO rightaway and start upgrading, it will automatically activate as long as you upgrade from 7/8, regardless if you've reserved Windows 10 on that PC

comment Should I upgrade windows 8.1 to 10 as a software developer with a lot of dev stuffs
The only problem I found in my VS-SQL-Office-etc laptop after upgrading is Microsoft Android Emulator can't load the saved profile. Since deleting and re-creating the profile only take a minute, it's not much. As a bonus, even with Hyper-V active, Task Manager shows actual CPU clock along with access to Processor state in Power Options (those aren't available in 8/8.1 with Hyper-V)

comment Can I use my Windows 7 license key when doing a clean Windows 10 USB installation?
"Clean" installation on top of supported OS (7,8) will work. Although you'll still end up with the old Windows folder backed up in case you want to rollback (automatically removed after 30 days)

comment Using Robocopy to Copy from an unencrypted server to an encrypted server
It doesn't matter whether the servers are encrypted with BitLocker or not, since the encryption is transparent, as in Robocopy and most application won't even know the difference. As for the permission, the easiest way is to execute Robocopy from the target server, this way you can be sure the target server can read & write the file.

comment Why the process in Windows 64 bit only used 2GB of RAM?
Just running in 64-bit OS won't automatically turn the app into a 64-bit. It must be explicitly compiled as 64-bit app.

Why don't you just try it? Run a command that ouput the current time in miliseconds to different file

comment Windows reported maximum Frequency is stuck on 100% incorrectly
Most likely it's Hyper-V. Don't worry about it, it's just cosmetic. The CPU still run dynamically

comment Alternatives of formatting primary harddrive of a laptop
The external harddrive is just normal harddrive plugged into adapter with protective case, so yeah, that should work

comment Alternatives of formatting primary harddrive of a laptop
Just buy a sata-usb adapter, boot to ubuntu/windows installer, connect the adapter to your harddrive and format it from there
