Based on ifconfig showing just eth0 and not an eth1 entry, I'd say the second adapter you have in the VM settings hasn't been configured/activated within the guest OS. Run ifconfig -a and see if eth1 appears.

In addition to @jlehtinen's answer, don't forget that the listed drive capacity, 128GB, is not the same as the usable formatted capacity of the drive. Formatted capacity will be roughly 7% lower than listed capacity, so a 128GB drive will have about 119GB of usable space.

Very good point. This could be controlled through Group Policy and the method I listed above could be set to not even display.
