comment How do I proxy just certain sites?
I'm new to using proxies, but I did set a free proxy up in ktorrent and it didn't seem to help. Are proxies enough to get around the issue?

Well I'm 90% sure it's a raid issue because of lags seen on the system and how disk intensive activities seem to take much more CPU than they should.

before I migrated to RAID 1 with two drives the single drive would write/read at around 20-40MB/s over the network, now I get 3-4MB/s. There has to be something wrong, I think I'll send Intel a service request because this is nearly unusable.

comment How to install ESXi 4.1 with an Intel SRCS28X?
I definitely already saw that. The oem.tgz file in my question is what they want me to use for simple.map

I love ESXi, it works perfectly. Is there any way to have my router output 1 logical nic onto multiple physical nics?

That sounds like my original plan, but I couldn't find a virtual program such as ESXi. I'll try it when I get home

Does this disto have a terminal (ssh and build-essentials)? I still need to have remote development for server app development.

Ok, but I need the ability to web manage the server and I wasn't satisfied with Webmin. Are there any alternatives?
