I wish Notepad++ just remembered the language selected from the menu for each file, or offered to add your extension to that language's style configurator on the second time you associated the extension with a language.

Some versions of Dropbox have had issues where they use too much CPU. Hopefully you can upgrade to a version that fixed this issue now dropbox.com/release_notes

you could use Autohotkey as outlined here to bind a keystroke to toggle the on top state superuser.com/a/32091/7018 as for Sticky Notes I prefer this app as it has a UI to let you toggle sticky notes to be on top zhornsoftware.co.uk/stickies
