comment Is it possible to automatize a shared host setup using bash shell script?
I already have ssh keys stored on authorized_keys so that no password is prompt. About the parameters, that's a great point. Instead of asking the user, I can try to find those answers. Actually in order to answer those questions, the user should look at the environment and look at them, so I guess, the same can do the system, if, those questions are not subjective. Thanks a lot. It's my first step to dig in and try to narrow down a script.

If you wish, instead of using textwrangler and navigate to the hidden files on finder, you may also use the absolute path of pico for example, by doing, inside your profile file directory, the following: $~ /usr/bin/pico .bash_profile.

comment Mavericks Instalation freeze! - please advice. Progress Bar not moving
No dice. I have tried to restore the old OS, no luck either. I end up removing the partition and install the old OS and then, Mavericks was able to be installed. About the time-machine backup, well, at least on my laptop, it gets really, really, slow and responsiveness while doing backups. So, at the very end, I've never use it because it wasn't practical. I happen to lost all the information there present (2 years work), because I didn't want to wait/have some Apple Genius to look into my stored data, nor open the laptop disk and retrieve the data there present. All this to say: Stay Warned.

perhaps previous similar issues with older osx could be of any help.

Thanks. I didn't intend to download them each time I do a search. But that command is indeed nice. :)

Sir, you are a google master. ;) Cheers. I added OR and other operators to better refine the search. 5 starts. Not sure however, if the index is accurate in time, is it ? Or it will only list keywords WHEN the .pdfs are scanned by google bots?

Yes, I've used -r instead of the CAPITAL -R so, I've used -r lowercase.

@Daniel Beck here is a line of an ls -la : -rw-r--r-- 1 mem staff 0B Oct 15 2011 .localized - Oct 15 2011 being a date. Perhaps a creation or modified date. Cheers.

comment How to properly copy/paste code from .pdf to a new file open on terminal?
I believe I found the issue: Use straight quotation marks (" ") when you’re typing code. (...) In InDesign, you can change a preference setting to determine which quotation marks are used. You can read more about it in the Use quotation marks Help topic. reference: blogs.adobe.com/indesigndocs/2009/05/5_typing_rules.html - thank you both.

@Daniel Beck - Actually, I believe typographical quotation was indeed used.I've update my question with an snapshot image of the pdf contents text.
