@Moab No it's not because high CPU usage is what makes my question different. But thanks for linking to that question.

Still have not solved issue but wanted to split bounty which would earn you 50+ but I see you did not get half of 100? I thought 2 best answers should get 50/50 ...

So what this did was using "generic" bcdedit not tailored to original Windows installation omitting Windows 7 Enterprise customized menu and other features? Something like this? I don't understand why migration process modified original BCD Store that it caused system to fail to boot. Maybe I can edit original BCD Store from BCD.backup.0001 and fix it manually? All it needs is correct location of boot loader and boot manager.

I have updated question. It should have now made changes and the only way to know is to restart.

Is there a way to check that changes were applied by bcdboot before I restart the system?

Just updated question. I have attempted your command-line parameters but saw no results.

Hi, I have not done this procedure but I am in the process. I see that parameter /s says this "Specifies an optional volume letter parameter to designate the target system partition where boot environment files are copied. The default is the system partition identified by the firmware." What firmware is this? BIOS or SDD?

Drive H: serves as a place to keep boot manager. I wondered why system was not setup to keep it on same drive as OS but after learning about BitLocker it was clear that it requires system reserved partition with boot manager for it to work. This drive should stay hidden but it was not. I think I will keep drive H: just to be able to use BitLocker in future.
