comment How to add an empty folder in a Mercurial project?
I'm thinking naming it .hgempty might give a better clue as to what it's for

comment How can I share my scanner from Windows Vista?
Updated my question with some more details. Didn't think it was important since printer sharing pretty much works across the board with Windows. Was thinking scanner sharing would either work or not across the board as well.

comment Is it safe to change %TEMP% and %TMP% to a custom location?
Any reason you choose ccleaner over the built-in Disk Cleanup utility? I may go this route but that means I need to periodically clean the disk rather than solving the problem once.

You can use ActiveSheet.Names but you may be right that it doesn't restrict names to the current sheet.

Yup that's what I ended up using. I'll mark this the answer after giving it some time to see if any other suggestions come in.

I'm okay with using some toolchain. If there's something that does it all at once then that would be better, but ultimately I want a quality finished product whatever the process (within reason).

comment Windows: Give access to a drive only for given user(s)?
Now, after having done that, would there be a way to access that drive while logged in as a user that is not on the permitted list (maybe using runas or something)? The scenario I'm thinking of is if I'm logged in under that user and I want to temporarily view or copy a file.

comment Windows: Give access to a drive only for given user(s)?
Incorrect. That question is about letting all users access a given drive except a specific user. This question is about letting no users access a given drive except a specified user.

comment Windows: Prevent access to a drive for a user?
I figured I'd give this a shot. It looks like windows is going through every single file on that drive and adjusting the permissions. Is that right?

So you're saying add that user and then mark them as deny read?
