Dell Vostro ($836.50 each) - i5-2400 Quad-core, 4GB DDR3 SDRAM, 320GB SATA HDD, Intel onboard video, Gigabit ethernet, Office home and business 2010, Win 7 pro 64, 3 year extended warranty || HP 3130 ($1,130 each) - i5-650 dual-core, 4GB DDR SDRAM, 320GB SATA HDD, Intel onboard video, Gigabit ethernet, Office home and business 2010, Win 7 pro 64.... The 3 year extended warranty would add ~100.00 per machine bringing the price to $1,230 each which makes a difference of $23,600 between the models. All other things being equal (freight incl, tax), and the Dell is technically a better machine!

It wasn't until recently that I had seen the added value in a warranty package. When it comes down to it, I'm guaranteed 60 working machines without added cost for the next three years of business which makes me look, well, good... Thanks for your comments.
