Applying a format or conditional formatting rule to the entire spreadsheet may bog your spreadsheet down. Use dynamic named ranges instead (see Excell's answer).

Use the NETWORKDAYS formula to compute for the next business day. I assume that's what you're trying to accomplish.

To isolate which part of your formula is causing the error, try typing "=CELL("filename", A1)" into another cell.
