comment PC overheats when at BitLocker password prompt
A lot of times you may notice that on the post screen, the temp will rise. During this time, it is not uncommon for power management features to not be utilized, such as throttling. Depending on the BIOS, it may use the power management features just like Windows does. Do you have a external secondary thermometer? Something that has the small probes that you could place near the waterblock of the H90?

comment McAfee deleting Counter Strike.exe
@AntoOswin - It would appear to be that way yes. CS 1.6 goes on sale all the time for under $3, and CS:GO goes on sale for like $6 from time to time.

@AntoOswin - You wont find me disagreeing with you when you say Mcafee is a problem. You will however, find a lot of pushback here for things like illegally downloading a game, then when it doesnt work as you want it to, asking for help instead of figuring out a resolution for yourself.

comment Lock the Windows XP machine over the network
If he is a domain admin and you are a user, nothing. Chances are he is remotely running c:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation. Since you can't exactly delete or rename the rundll32.exe, doing that wont work.

comment Windows 7 Boots up fine in Safe mode with Network, Normal Bootup just shows black screen with cursor How to troubleshoot?
Try it in VGA mode. This behavior can sometimes be seen when the monitor is treated like the extended desktop.
