I tried ping and traceroute in command line from default directory "C:\windows\system32 "and commands do work. But I have strange problem with PATH variables, is it possible that some application delete particular PATH variable after I restart computer ? Path variables: C:\Python27\;C:\Python27\Scripts;C:\WINDOWS\system32;

comment Can constant defragmentation damage a regular hard drive?
I was little bit wrong in previous statment. Well I didn't explain it in a good way. Better explaination and simpler is up, above mine. Still, you can't shorten life of yours regular drive with defragmentation.

And regular hard drive need defragmentation becouse of physical properties. SSD doesn't have magnetic head and circle rotating magnetic plates, that are actually a reason for for defragmentation itself.
