Nope, tried it, didn't do good. "select text with similar formatting" selects parts of document that are already in a similar format but word decides what is "similar". What I want to do is to find text based on a specific attribute of the text that I select.

I've added a new string NoStartPage value under the keys Lync.exe and Communicator.exe. I also thought this rechnieuq may only prevent future MFU entries but not exclude existing ones so I manually removed "Microsoft Lync 2010" from Start Menu MFU app list after registry update. As soon as Lync starts, it is back into MFU list.

Unfortunately it doesn't. There are many post on internet saying it should, but I can't get it to work on Win7.
