comment Samsung Evo 840 SSD and Bitlocker?
Hey! My Win 8.1 installation is in UEFI mode according to msinfo32 and Secure Boot is on as well. However, I still see the prompt to choose between encrypting used space vs. the whole disk. I am also unable to boot into a USB disk created by Samsung Magician. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the response. That was part of the issue as well. Even after formatting the source disk as FAT32, the actual internal drives on the machine wouldn't appear in the list of available drives when installing Windows 8. I eventually found a solution: it was to load up the Intel RST drivers from another USB flash drive which then made the internal drives visible to the installer.

Does it auto-install for all Windows 8 users? Or do I need to select this hotfix manually?

comment How to make Chrome remember webpage position after going back?
I'm on the latest build of Chrome as well (22.0.1229.79) on OS X Mountain Lion and I've noticed that the browser doesn't return to its previous scroll point when you hit BACK as well. It wasn't an issue on the latest version of Chrome on Windows 7 or 8.

Same exact issue. I get the notice too, but I don't see it anywhere in Windows Update. I'm on Win 8 Pro x64 RTM.
