Installing Windows: error code 0x80070017 You are right. This one DVD took half an hour to get to that part where it says it is expanding the files, then gives me an error message. Trying out a different dvd, everything was installed and up and running in ten minutes. @avirk-- I'll do that too. Thanks for your help guys! |

No CD--how do I reinstall windows vista if I can't boot into vista? I have just updated motherboard drivers. Still can't boot into windows vista. |

No CD--how do I reinstall windows vista if I can't boot into vista? You know what, the new motherboard needs to get updated anyway. I'll try that path and see what happens. Acer installed the vista back up copy on the pc's drive d. If the bios update doesn't fix the problem, I'll scout internet auctions for a vista dvd. |

No CD--how do I reinstall windows vista if I can't boot into vista? I am assuming that the IRQL error had something to do with the fact that the vista version was 32-bit, yet my RAM had more than 3Gb. I want to reinstall vista as 64-bit version thinking that might solve the problem. I need vista for work, and linux for everything else. Thanks! |

Which software and tools should I use to create software presentation like this one? blender indeed comes with a steep learning curve. i'm only skimming the surface with it. i run linux on my pc--i don't know if adobe captivate can handle such projects. |
