Stolen Macbook Pro, want to gain remote access This is exactly why any mobile device that is not chained to my desk is dual layer encrypted with a strong key phrase. I don't care about someone stealing my computer. I worry about them stealing the data on my computer. Stealing my computer makes me angry. Stealing my data makes me feel violated. |

MacBook Pro heat issue I used Denatured Alcohol. On the heatsinks, you may need to find a long stiff bristle brush to get down in them. Also make sure that your fans are working. A dead fan could also cause rise in temps on a lappy. |

MacBook Pro heat issue Do you smoke in the room that the laptop is in? I had a MacBook Pro that started to have heat issues. I was a heavy smoker in a small apartment. The smoke caked on the heatsinks and fans causing it to reduce in its cooling ability. I took apart the laptop and used Denatured Alcohol to clean the heatsinks. It worked perfectly afterwards. |

How to backup Outlook PSTs into smaller manageable files? Works great. No issues. I have had to even do a restore which was very painless. Using the WHS2011, I created a bootable USB drive that I was able to do the restore with. |

Identical displays look different after calibration No two monitors are the same. Even if they are the same manufacture and model. However, you will have better luck with two monitors that are the same model and from the same batch. As the monitor gets used, there will be more and more noticeable differences due to the different use on the monitors. |
