I studied IT Science at University of Catania (Italy) and try out, in accademic context, various technology and programming language. I degreed with a thesis about a semantic discovery for web service over a p2p network based on JXTA.
For fun, I develope in Python and like to try new tecnology. I like music so audio player, tag system and all music-related software are my favorite subject. For work, I use C++, Distributed Queue System, NoSQL database, Java, Pentaho Business Intelligence Suite and Mondrian OLAP server. I love open source and most of my work are hosted on GoogleCode. I use Debian (preferably testing version) as OS because I think that Linux is the natural ambient for developer.
