comment What is the edit command for 64-bit Windows 7?
@Alex Brief does not need installation. It's just a single .exe file that needs to be added to any directory in your %PATH%, and any user can edit their user %PATH%.

@Ramhound I don't think that it is impossible. It was easy to copy software on analogue cassette tape on my Commodore 64.

Is your home directory on a read-only AMI or ephemeral storage, and not local SSD or EBS volume?

comment How to remap Win+Tab with Alt+Tab in Windows 7?
@JESii I meant that I find the Alt+Tab task switcher in Windows 7 to be more useful than the Win+Tab 3D task switcher.

I suppose you may have to use something like AutoIt or AutoHotkey scripting.

comment How to use one monitor with two computers?
I have not used Synergy to control two computers at the same time, so I don't want to make this an answer (if it is installed on only one machine, I think it may work), but it may be worth investigating it for this requirement - synergy-project.org

comment What is the difference between jpeg Progressive and Optimized in photostop?
Progressive jpegs for large images were much more useful in the dial-up modem days.

comment HTTPS not working for a specific site in Internet Explorer
@Arjan: Oh I see what you mean. It has been so long since I used XP/2003 that I forgot you could use IE up to version 8 on XP, or whatever. However, I still think IE6 is likely as it is IE6 that has cipher vulnerabilities which people are disabling these days to get a high security grade on that test (RC4, IIRC).

@Arjan: I thought that was stated in the question? You meant as opposed to the Windows 2000 version? I think XP would be more likely even though he didn't mention it.

If you are going to make a much more detailed answer than mine, you might as well mention that NTFS Reparse Points are yet another flavour.

You should be able to switch sessions within Task Manager, with admin accounts, IIRC.

comment Windows Server 2012 Remote desktop substitution
What you are looking for is something else that can connect to terminal sessions like RDP, as those other programs only connect to the console session, as far as I know.
