comment Does it make sense to buy an external SSD?
If the laptop has an mSATA slot, you could easily add an mSATA SSD drive in addition to the HDD.

@user391559 The way you think worked for you before certainly did not work the way you describe. The only way for to select a different audio device is within the application itself. There are games and apps that allow this, but not all.

comment What does it mean when there are many POST requests to /wp-login.php in Apache logs?
@ceejayoz I'm not sure what you mean. As wp-login.php is not a static file, it will not be on the CDN anyway. I don't understand why these incoming connections seem to be coming from CloudFlare CDN servers. Perhaps CloudFlare also does server hosting?

Those IP addresses seem to be coming from CloudFlare CDN servers in San Francisco and Japan, which is a bit weird.

Yes, and that is needed to establish the connection before any data is sent or received, as explained here - inetdaemon.com/tutorials/internet/tcp/3-way_handshake.shtml

comment What is the edit command for 64-bit Windows 7?
@Alex Brief does not need installation. It's just a single .exe file that needs to be added to any directory in your %PATH%, and any user can edit their user %PATH%.

@JESii I meant that I find the Alt+Tab task switcher in Windows 7 to be more useful than the Win+Tab 3D task switcher.

comment How to use one monitor with two computers?
I have not used Synergy to control two computers at the same time, so I don't want to make this an answer (if it is installed on only one machine, I think it may work), but it may be worth investigating it for this requirement - synergy-project.org
