I suppose you may have to use something like AutoIt or AutoHotkey scripting.

comment How to use one monitor with two computers?
I have not used Synergy to control two computers at the same time, so I don't want to make this an answer (if it is installed on only one machine, I think it may work), but it may be worth investigating it for this requirement - synergy-project.org

comment What is the difference between jpeg Progressive and Optimized in photostop?
Progressive jpegs for large images were much more useful in the dial-up modem days.

comment Why are hard drives never as large as advertised?
Hard disk and networking tends to use the decimal units and memory related values use binary.

comment HTTPS not working for a specific site in Internet Explorer
@Arjan: Oh I see what you mean. It has been so long since I used XP/2003 that I forgot you could use IE up to version 8 on XP, or whatever. However, I still think IE6 is likely as it is IE6 that has cipher vulnerabilities which people are disabling these days to get a high security grade on that test (RC4, IIRC).

@Arjan: I thought that was stated in the question? You meant as opposed to the Windows 2000 version? I think XP would be more likely even though he didn't mention it.

If you are going to make a much more detailed answer than mine, you might as well mention that NTFS Reparse Points are yet another flavour.

You should be able to switch sessions within Task Manager, with admin accounts, IIRC.

What you are looking for is something else that can connect to terminal sessions like RDP, as those other programs only connect to the console session, as far as I know.

Can you see a 404 Not Found at 216.146.46.11 and 216.146.46.10? If you do, you are getting to speedtest.net and it is a DNS problem.

@Jet In that case look up Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) in Windows. As long as one of your computers has a gigabit NIC, you won't need a crossover ethernet cable.

comment Connect 2 computers to internet (1 ip) via switch
@Jet You shouldn't have to do anything if the router has DHCP enabled. If you have messed around with the settings, the easiest thing to do is delete the network connection and start again. Don't think about IP addresses as the default configuration usually gets everything working automatically.

Are you sure you aren't using HTML5 video on YouTube instead of Flash? That would explain why it doesn't lag like everything else.

comment Recursively Rename File Extensions Across Multiple Drives
Why do you want to change the file extension of different image types to .jpeg? Why do you even want to change .jpg files to .jpeg? .jpeg is an erroneous extension that shouldn't even exist.
