comment Outlook 2013 view RAW message source of an email
In Outlook 2013, this gives me the source of the message body, but not the header.

comment Search through combinations of password to open (my own) Word document
Voting up because my understanding is that it is legal to do this when you own the document content. ie it's essentially authorised access. I just ran into the same issue with a colleague's document he lost the password for.

comment I've searched my Mailbox in Outlook and opened one of the emails it found. Which folder is the email in?
Thanks, but neither of those methods worked. The latter allowed me to sort by folder, but it didn't display the folder name! I can't add folder to the email list with the field chooser either.

comment How to send VLC Player audio to headphones rather than PC speaker?
@AlexW, I'm not using a USB headset, just the 3.5mm audio jack. Would it still make a difference?

comment Is the performance of a CPU affected as it ages?
@FrustratedWithFormsDesigner, I've seen a Dell notebook throttle its CPU severely because it thought it was getting too hot (mainly through bad design I believe). It's entirely feasible that the build up of dust over time can cause that too, but you're correct that it's not strictly age that causes it.

Thanks @BobNorris, but this isn't what the question is asking for, so I can't give it an upvote.

comment Can Adobe be set to default to open all PDFs at 100% zoom?
This needs to be done from Adobe Reader running as a separate instance, rather than within the plugin for Firefox, IE etc.

comment Alternative power source for graphics card
What I'm trying to say is that you put your mobo at risk if you don't use both the connectors going from the PSU to the gfx card, because then too much power may be drawn through the mobo. (Besides, it didn't work, but it's worth mentioning so others don't try it!)

comment Alternative power source for graphics card
I think I read somewhere you can fry the power connectors going from your mobo to your gfx card if it draws too much. Running it without adequate supplementary power might risk doing that?

comment Outlook 2010 message “The rule has a condition that the server cannot process” - how to fix?
Fair point. I could check the numbers and see, but it doesn't necessarily help solve the issue.

comment How can I securely erase files from a USB drive, using Windows?
I ended up using Eraser, thanks. To prevent wear and tear I told it to only do 2 passes writing over the card, rather than the default (which was something much higher like 8 or 15). Note that, from memory, it's important to use the setting which overwrites blank space, otherwise it may be possible to recover files from that part of the card/disk.

comment How to prevent automatic emptying of Deleted Items when exiting Outlook 2010?
Thanks! I went through the "Mail" options carefully, but I guess it's not just mail that ends up in the Deleted Items folder, so the Advanced options might make more sense.

Ok, so the log has about 20 of these errors after I replicate the problem: 2012/03/30|11:05:09:844|Doc Not Found|4|32400|||||||||0x8004010f|FAIL

Thanks, @JeremyW, I've done that, but that article has no info on where the log is! I guess I should google it...

That might cover about 20 of the 50! Any rule where I move the message into a folder needs that checked otherwise a subsequent rule which also matches the message and moves it will actually make a duplicate copy of the message.

comment How can I securely erase files from a USB drive, using Windows?
@Raystafarian, those questions don't really address the specific requirement of flash memory very well. However, I just found this question, which is very similar to mine: superuser.com/questions/371785/… My question is a little different, being Windows specific.
