I copied the part of the app ID from its address on the store, searched for the folder at the path in your answer, closed erased that folder, restarted Chrome, and I'm facing the same issue described in the answer.

The key Association doesn't exist under Policies, which is an empty key. I've also searched LowRiskFileTypes term throughout the entire registry and no results were found.

It only disables the warning for the opened file.
